Hi Marc I appreciate your excellent customer service response as an OnLux representative. Once my doctor placed the Rx order—I was excited that within a very short period of time I received my OnLux (light therapy) PhotoBioModulation (PMB) device for pain in my shoulder. I began using the device two or three times a day for 15minutes per session. My pain level consistently averaged about 8 or above but after 2 weeks using my device my pain level decreased considerably to average around 4. Now, I use the unit daily and my pain level is below 4. I no longer use ibuprofen to manage my pain. Thank you, and OnLux for such a great pain-relieving product. I highly recommend this product as part of a daily regimen for pain relief or post-surgery. Please continue to share this product information with other military veterans at other VA facilities.
